When concluding a contract by placing a binding order on the Website, we process the following personal data:

residential address, or any other delivery and billing address;
if you are a business, the company name, your ID No. (IČO), and if you are a VAT payer, also your VAT No. (DIČ);
phone number;
email address.

We need this personal data in order to enter into a contract with you and subsequently deliver your order. Without this information, we would not be able to process and invoice your order. We need the phone number so we can call you if necessary regarding the status of your order and for the carrier's needs in case of delivery to your address. You do not need to worry about the security of your data. Providing your name and surname—and, if purchasing as a company, your ID No. and potentially company name and VAT No.—is needed so we have a clear understanding of who we are entering into a contract with. Furthermore, it facilitates our communication with you and improves your customer experience. We need your email to send you order confirmations and to contact you if you cannot or do not wish to be reached by phone. We need your address to know where to deliver the order and for billing purposes.

If you contact us at the addresses listed above in Section 1.2 or via our social media profiles, we process the content of your inquiry so that we know what you asked and what interested you, allowing us to respond.

When registering for a customer account on the Website, we process the following personal data:

We also retain our mutual conversations in the chat. If you decide to create a customer account with us and fill in your details, we process the same data for these purposes as when entering into a purchase contract (see Section 3.1).
