Die-cutting, label production and tape formatting

Log Roll Cutting (slitting)
If a customer requires precise dimensions of adhesive tapes in a roll, they can be cut specifically for the customer's purposes and requirements. Cutting of tapes can be performed from existing log rolls of various roll length and length using special machines with one or two knives.
Lamination and Die-cutting of Materials
Lamination is a process in which we apply laminating adhesive to a wide range of materials such as technical foam, synthetic leather, rubber, PVC, etc. The specified non-adhesive materials are treated with laminating adhesive, which creates a self-adhesive sticker. The shape of the sticker can then be adjusted according to the type of application.

Kiss-cutting
Finished products remain on a roll or sheet after die-cutting, allowing for very easy peeling of the die-cut part from the backing layer.

Die-cutting
During die-cutting, both the material itself and the supporting silicone paper (film) are cut through. Finished products are delivered as individual pieces.

Self-Adhesive Industrial Labels
We are able to provide complete process steps from material selection, the supply of industrial printers and printing ribbons, up to the software installation at the customer's site.
